Sleek Physiq is a High Intensity Interval Training Class for people at all levels of fitness. Intense bursts of exercise followed by short, active recovery periods raises and lowers your heart rate and gets the blood pumping. We use a range of gym equipment and bodyweight exercises to create a circuit style class in which you’ll burn calories, loose weight and build muscle

OFF ICE TRAINING is an essential part of developing your fitness and agility on the Ice. This class focuses on strengthening the relevant parts of the body to give you your best on Ice performance. Classes are for skaters in Freestyle 7 and above. Classes are taught by our in house fitness and nutrition Coach. Cost: £6 for first class, £3 thereafter. No pre-booking required simply turn up 10 minutes before the class starts to sign up! Time: Saturday 09:15-10:15am
