Strength and Conditioning
OFF ICE TRAINING is an essential part of developing your fitness and agility on the Ice.
This class focuses on strengthening the relevant parts of the body to give you your best on Ice performance. Classes are for skaters in Freestyle 7 and above. Classes are taught by our in house fitness and nutrition Coach.
Cost: £6 for first class, £3 thereafter. No pre-booking required simply turn up 10 minutes before the class starts to sign up!
